Offering an excellent induction of 4 weeks to train on: systems, product knowledge and negotiating skills within this field

The Role:
Working in an exciting and fast-paced office environment
You will become one of our key team members in the development of our increasing customer profile
Dealing with VIP Customers to fulfil their Coin Collection needs
Selling prestige, heritage coins via telephone
Managing customers’ accounts, payments and source coin gaps
Account Management of clients, with heritage coin subscriptions
To ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of the product that you are retaining in order to achieve the role requirement
Offering products within their area of interest
Negotiating and overcoming sales objections
Selling products in alignment with their recent purchases, increasing their coin collections
Providing excellent levels of customer service and customer rapport
Working to targets and expectations
Skills and Attributes required:
Are you experienced in Sales, Account Management
Do you have an interest in Coins, with a passion for history and an interest to develop relationships surrounding heritage
Self-motivated and self-driven in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
Are you looking for a career in a rewarding environment, where you will be developed to the best of your potential?
Are you a motivated individual, who enjoys working towards targets?

The Hours:
Training Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Once Trained:
Monday to Thursday rotating, 10am – 6pm, 11am- 7pm, Friday 9am – 5pm
Every other Saturday 10am – 2pm with half a day in lieu
Contractual Hours 8am – 8pm
