Accounts Administrator – Part Time
Up to £28k pro rota, depending on experience

Due to expansion, our client a successful and independent company are looking to recruit a highly organised and efficient Accounts Administrator
This is a fantastic part time, permanent opportunity to join a friendly and successful team to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our company
The Role:
- Responsible for a variety of accounting tasks
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining general ledger accounts
- Assisting with the completion of VAT returns
- Managing supplier invoices and payments
- Chasing overdue payments
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate accounting records in accordance with best practices
- The use of Sage software
Skills and attributes required:
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Possesses strong proficiency in Sage accounting software
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Is highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is a team player who is able to work independently
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
The Hours:
Monday – Thursday 09:30 – 16:00
