The Role:

Working in a business centre you will have responsibility for providing a consistently high standard of customer care to the internal and external clients
This is a varied role, working as part of a small team provide the full range of operational and customer services on a day to day basis
General client support, receiving, screening and directing calls to the relevant department
Meeting and greeting Clients and visitors
Organising and prepare meeting rooms in advance of meetings
Arrange refreshments and tidying away after the meetings
Ensuring to keep a clean and tidy presentable working and office environment
Dealing with complex client issues, moving clients in and out of their office space
Responsible for ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently
Providing IT and Telecommunications solutions to clients
Setting up telephone and internet connections, troubleshooting problems
An array of Administration duties Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel
Stationery replenishment and ordering
Ensuring tasks are completed correctly within tight business timescales
Offering a flexible and helpful approach to a small team
Skills and Attributes:

Office experience, able to deal with business clients at all levels
Professional and presentable
Enthusiastic with a pleasant approach
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and customers
Organised and methodical
Works well on own initiative and as part of a great team
Assist with the efficient running of the centre
MS Office proficient
Able to offering flexibility as and when required
A team player who takes pride in their work and customer service support
Able to problem solve and deal with people at all levels
Accurate, attention to detail, numeric
Excellent IT skills and knowledge, skills to deal with IT problem solving skills
The Hours:
Monday - Friday
8.30am – 5pm
Occasional 8am start
Flexibility required on a periodic basis to support business demands
