(5th June start, offering absence support through June and partially July)
The Role:
Working within a busy administration support role
You will be providing administration duties to a sales team
Responsible for producing and issuing finance contracts to customers
Managing identification requests
Dealing with customer queries from an aftersales basis
Ensuring all documents are present and correct
Processing administration sales documents
Skills and Attributes required:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Along with confidence using multiple web based systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Able to have challenging conversations with customers
Experience in administrative roles is preferred
The Hours:
Monday to Friday
8.45am – 5.30pm
