Skills and Attributes required:
Excellent customer service skills
Great telephone manners
Able to work competently to timescales
Strong PC skills in all Microsoft packages
Strong organisational skills
Accurate attention to detail
The Role:
Contacting customers
General admin duties
Arranging engineers to go out to customers in need of jobs that need completing
Responsible for upkeep of data base
Scheduling appointments
The Hours
Monday to Friday
9am - 5:30pm
8:30am - 5pm
42.5 hours per week
