We are seeking an individual to join our growing clients manufacturing team in Stoke, Stoke on Trent
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing trailer curtains for fitting
Performing high-quality alterations
Assemble in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment efficiently to achieve high-quality work
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Skills and Attributes:
The ability to weld on an entry level, will be further trained
Fully competent in the use of hand and air tools
Ability to read and work from detailed fabrication drawings
Capable of working to demanding deadlines
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes and sheet metal work
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
Familiarity with safety procedures related
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
The Hours:
No weekends and early finish on a Friday
Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 5.00pm
Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm
