The Role:
To ensure products are manufactured to a high standard
Providing the best practice is adopted in all activities
Follow stringent safety and environmental regulations
Operating various production machinery including mills , blenders, kilns and mixers
To produce finished products to the highest standard
Operating counterbalance forklift truck daily
Work proactively within a cross-functional team
Expectation is to multi-skill and learn several of the processes
Support and contribute to a program of continuous improvement at the site
Work always in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures
Skills and attributes required:
Experience within a Manufacturing Machine operative role and environment
Forklift truck training will be provided
Production experience
Have a flexible approach at all times
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a strong team
Personal development and advancement through the company is encouraged
Excellent attention to detail
The Hours:
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
