Our client, a leading company within the Manufactoring industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operative to join their team in Fenton, Staffordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Reporting of machinery issues
- Follow detailed work instructions and sign off completed tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operative
- Strong understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Flexible attitude towards shift patterns and overtime when required
