Office Sales Administrator - Part Time
£17,500 - £13.46 per hour

The Role:
Working within a small engineering office you will be offering all round administration support
Answering incoming calls
Greeting vistorios
Receiving visitors
Processing of sales orders
Sending out order acknowledgement
Liaising with trade customers both on the phone and/or by email answering order queries, progressing delivery dates etc
Issuing works operation bill
Liaising with estimators and production departments
Issuing sales invoices
We are a small office in an engineering environment, most of the products that we sell are to established trade customer’s so no cold calling or target incentives involved in the sales capacity.
Skills and attributes required:
The successful applicant would need to have a polite telephone manner able to deal with people at all levels
Able to work form own initiative
Office experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
A knowledge of working with Sage is advantageous
The Hours:
Monday to Friday
25 hours
5 Hours per day flexible between
9am – 3pm
