Due to expansion, our client a successful independent progressive business is looking for an Administrator to join their team within the office environment
£25k - £30k depending on experience
The Role:
Working within a small team, you will be working be responsible for dealing with suppliers in connections to orders and materials
Reviewing order details and stock levels
Buying of goods to meet customer demands
Looking after customer queries
Offering admin support
Upkeep of company database
Collating logistics information on behalf of customers
Working in a timely and accurate manner within a busy environment
Skills and Attributes required:
Experience of working in an office environment
Supplier, order processing experience
Excellent customer service skills
Able to deal with people at all levels
An effective problem solver
Able to work well under pressure
IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel)
Problem solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
The Hours:
Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week
Flexi Hours between 8am – 5.30pm
Current hours worked:
Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.45pm, Friday 8am – 2.30pm
