£12.04 - £12.67 per hour Depending on Experience

The Role:
This is a key post contributing to the delivery of housing services to residents and service users
Deliver a customer focused service
Co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure all housing income is collected
Ensure supported accommodation is available for use and fair allocation of vacant properties
Ensure no vacant properties and void turnaround time is minimised
You will ensure H&S and property standards are maintained
Work effectively as a team member delivering excellent services to Residents
Ensure relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional
Property repairs and replacements are completed quickly
Support residents to maintain cleanliness of communal and personal space
Ensure adequate induction of residents, ensuring they are aware of the input given by Housing services
Accurate records are kept on individual tenancies and properties
Void management, tenancy sign up, anti-social behaviour, defects, complaints and terminations
Record on the IT reporting system to ensure all information is available to all staff
Advise residents of their obligations to H&S, especially with regards to the tenancy agreement
Hours:
2 weekly rota including weekends and bank holidays
Shifts include 09:00-17:00 and 14:00-22:00
