Warehouse Supervisor (Nights)
Temporary leading to Permanent Opportunity
Near Meir, Stoke on Trent
Up to £34k, plus overtime pay initially whilst in training
The Role
Overseeing and coordinate the running of the night shift
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
Determine staffing levels and assign workload for that shift
Communicate job expectations and coach team members
Liaise with other departments to answer questions and solve problems
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Skills and Attributes
Experience of working in a supervisory looking for that next step into a managerial role in a warehouse
Excellent work ethic and commitment to the role and team
A flexible attitude to working to ensure business goals are met
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Current FLT counterbalance certificate
Be physically active due to the nature of the role manual handling will be required

Monday to Friday
