Due to business growth, we have various positions available to join a client services team
The Role:
Provide on-line customer service through a live chat support system
By assisting customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their servicing needs
Dealing with customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary
Servicing our customers by e-mail and post communications
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate on inhouse database
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Identifying the needs of the customers and applying the most appropriate customer service
Ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of our products & services, in order to achieve the role requirements
Self-motivated and self-taught in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times
Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand
Adherence to quality measures in line with OFT regulations
Skills and Attributes required:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer focused
Excellent rapport building
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to understand the needs of our customers
Ability to promote our company and the products we provide
Proactive, confident handling difficult conversations, and liaising with multiple departments

Monday to Friday
9:00am - 5pm
